Rebuilding the stack for Volvo
Forsman & Bodenfors Inhouse brought me on as technical lead and architect for one of their largest automotive accounts - a suite of in-house marketing and communication applications that had grown fragmented over time, built up piecemeal without a unifying architecture.
I led a full revamp: bringing the codebase in line with modern engineering practice, re-platforming the suite around a cloud-native architecture, and replacing manual, ad-hoc releases with automated CI/CD pipelines running on Kubernetes.

Migrating a live retail store from Magento to Shopify
UX3 Media brought me in directly to migrate one of their retail clients off Magento and onto Shopify - a live storefront with an established catalog, existing customers, and ongoing sales that couldn't afford real downtime.
Working solo and dealing directly with the client, I handled the migration end to end: product catalog and data migration, rebuilding storefront functionality and theme on Shopify, and planning the cutover itself to keep disruption to the live business to a minimum.
A live retail store moved from Magento to Shopify with minimal disruption to the business - no lost sales, no rebuild from scratch.
